Be your own designer with our help · Casa Viva Concepts representative by appointment will help you be your own designer with our help and guidance in our Casa Viva Concepts showroom.

Our design express will provide the following to the customer for a flat rate of concept design charge by the hour. Ask for a quote.
 

Design Express includes:

1) A dedicated hour to review your surface floor and wall project.  The customer provides a floor plan sketch, and we will help you put together the design for your bathroom, kitchen, floors, or patio area with finish and design concepts that include wall, floor tile, and shower pan tiles, using our showroom and website products.

2) Bring your current dimensions and layout.

3) Bring pictures of your current bathroom, kitchen, or floor area.

7)  We provide you guidance for selection or reference to other elements for the bath, such as plumbing fixtures, color paint, vanity, and accessories.

8) Estimate surface take-off approximation and surface cost.

9) Minimum extra 15% off from the regular list price on all surfaces.

Package Service Includes:

1. Visitation services to the Job site by a Casa Viva Concepts - Designer Representative.  Ask for a quote.

2. Customer visits Casa Viva Concepts' showroom first. The job site visitation services are more effective when the customer comes to visit Casa Viva Concepts' showroom first (FREE) of charge to pre-select materials and understand some of the design concepts of surface materials for the job site. This will make a job site visitation more effective, save money on design cost and give the customer valuable time.

3. We provide questions and answers to customers during visitation.

4. Gathering information about the job site. ·

5. Provide verbal concept suggestions at the job site for the surface coverings for the bathroom, kitchen, or floor area. ·

6. Casa Viva Concepts' designer can bring samples that customers can pre-select in person or by reference from the Casa Viva showroom that we carry in our showroom.

7.  ** FREE ** charge of samples loaned out to customers.

8. Get Minimum20% off the list price from all our products when you sign up.

9. Showroom visitation is always FREE.

1. Includes Job Services Visitation Design Service plus the following:

2. Up to three hand-written draft bathroom concept sketches and one final computer drawing layout of the bathroom. Ask for a quote.​
